Shipping Information 

What shipping methods are available?

  • Made-to-Order (Human apparel) can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. You do not need to purchase faster shipping options at checkout for any items purchases for human apparel, as the standards shipping time applies. 
  • U.S. Domestic Shipping. We offer standard shipping on all pet products. Most orders take 1-4 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Expect an additional 2-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your front door. Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. All orders ship with one of the common carriers ( Fedex, Ups, USPS, etc). 

Do you ship internationally? 

  • Currently we DO NOT ship outside of the U.S. International shipping options will become available at a later date. 

How long will it take to get my package? 

  • Note: shipping may take longer due to COVID-19 related issues and may take additional business days to arrive. 
  • Normal standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to ship after processing.

Is online purchasing safe? 

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, users have found it much more convenient and safe to shop online. However, any online user is not safe from cyber attacks, hacking, and fraud. to endure protection of our company, users data, and information, Completely Seven took the initiative to invest in cyber security. 

Orders & Returns 

How do I place an order? 

  • First, add the desired item(s) to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart you will THEN click check out. You will be asked for your personal information for shipping and payment purposes. After all your information is complete, submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email to clarify your order. 

How can I cancel or change my order? 

  • Log into your account, go to settings, orders, and select the order and the options to cancel or return instructions. 

Do I need an account to place an order? 

  • It is recommended that you have an account when placing orders but NOT required. Users are able to check out as a guest when placing an order. 

How do I track my order? 

  • After your order has been processed, you will receive an email that will include all the shipping information such as the time, date, tracking number, and other order details. There will be a link provided by the carrier attached to the email as well.
