What Shipping Methods Are Available?

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES (Human Apparel Collections) can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. You do not need to purchase faster shipping options at checkout for any items purchased for human apparel collections, as the standard shipping time applies.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING. We offer standard shipping on all pet products. Most orders take 1-4 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Expect an additional 2-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your front door. Addtional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. All orders ships with one of the common carriers (Fedex, Ups, USPS, etc.).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we DO NOT ship outside of the U.S. International Shipping options will become available at a later date.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Note: Shipping may take longer due to COVID-19 and may take additional business days to arrive.

Normal standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to ship after process. Additional shiiping options are available at checkout for an addition fee through UPS and /or DHL.

How do I place an Order?

First, Add desired Item(s) to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart you will THEN click check out. You will be ask for your personal information for shipping and payment purposes. After all your information is complete, submit your order. You will recieve a confirmation email to certify your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is Recommended that you have an account when placing orders but NOT required. Users are able to check out as a guest when placing an order.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order has been processed, you will recieve an email that will inlcude all the shipping information such as time, date, tracking number, and details. There will be a link provided by the carrier attached to the email as well.
